Multiplexing LI-COR® Infra Red 680LT and 800 Dyes

Near-infrared (NIR) fluorophore detection has been shown to significantly reduce background autofluorescence, enhancing detection sensitivity and quantification of proteins. In this application note G:BOX Chemi systems are used to image Li-COR® IRDyes.
