Multiomic profiling of colorectal cancer with MICS reveals interactions between antigen-presenting CAFs and T cells

This poster showcases spatial multiomic profiling of colorectal cancer using Miltenyi’s MICS technology. Four distinct cancer-associated fibroblasts subpopulations were identified, including a novel immunosuppressive TinCAF population that interacts with immune cells. These insights into the tumor microenvironment offer new opportunities for biomarker discovery and immunotherapy targets.
