13 Jul 2017The human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is a retrovirus that causes HIV infection and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). The method in this application note uses the Cytation™ 5 Cell Imaging Multi-Mode Reader and Gen5™ Microplate Reader and Imager Software to determine infection levels of HIV with HeLa cells in culture.
