Laser Microdissection Combined with AmpliGrid/LOC Devices: High-Throughput for Efficient Screening
11 Dec 2013The AmpliGrid is a special form of LOC (Lab on a chip). This non-capillary system can serve as a collector for specimen material isolated by various laser microdissection devices. This note describes high throughput screening applications of AmpliGrid/LOC devices in combination with the Leica LMD6500/7000 system. Roles in cancer research and neuroscience are highlighted.
