In Vivo Monitoring of Fluorescently Labeled Cancer Cells

This application poster demonstrates that both bioluminescence and fluorescence can be used to measure primary tumor growth and metastasis in vivo. Tumor progressions were monitored non-invasively and in real time using an enclosed imaging system containing a cooled CCD camera.
