Improved Spatial Resolution in the Analysis of FFPE Tissue after Trypic Digestion

This poster presents the development of a robust protocol for on-tissue digestion. It demonstrates that stringent tissue washes followed by digestion at elevated temperature allowed efficient on-tissue digestion.
