Imaging Fluorescent Proteins <i>in vivo</i> Expressed from DNA Vaccine Constructs

This application note demonstrates that tdTomato-encoding DNA can be efficiently delivered via electroporation, and thus provide a tool for in vivo vaccination with DNA. A method for the optimized visualization of fluorescently labeled tdTomato protein using the Bruker In-Vivo MS FX PRO system is described.
