Testing the effect of chemicals on the nervous system to better understand the cause and effect can be time and cost consuming when using animal models, this application demonstrates a 3D neurosphere model composed of human neural stem cells (hNSCs) used for toxicity testing. This system can reduce cost and the amount of animal experimentation, while still providing useful results.
