FRET (Förster Energy Transfer or Fluorescence)

This application note investigates the use of FRET (Förster Energy Transfer or Fluorescence Energy Transfer) for the study of intracellular cAMP level. Cells were stimulated with an adenosinereceptor agonist and activation of adenosine receptors lead to an increase or decrease of the cAMP level in the cells.
