Extraction and Molecular Characterization of Water-Soluble Organic Matter in Marine Sediments

This poster demonstrates a comparison of the molecular composition of dissolved organic matter (DOM) in sediment pore waters (PWDOM), to the organic matter fraction that can be extracted with hot water from sediments (SDOM) in Soxhlet apparatus.
