Enhancement of sample tracking, throughput and ecologic footprint of an immunosuppressant LC-MS workflow using Tecan Fluent automation
10 Feb 2026This poster details a study to evaluate whole blood sample preparation and analysis of four commonly used immunosuppressants: Tacrolimus, Everolimus, Sirolimus and Cyclosporine A, by automation using the Tecan Fluent® 780 liquid hander and LC-MS kit compared to manual sample preparation methods. Sample tracking, processing efficiency, and resource consumption are compared to determine the suitability of the automated workflow for routine laboratory applications in immunosuppressant investigation.
