Determination of Mycotoxins in Food by LC and LC/MS

This application note describes the use of single quadrupole mass spectrometry for the determination of mycotoxins in food. The high toxicity of mycotoxins, even at low concentrations, makes them essential to be controlled in foodstuffs.
