Detection of Aspergillus Fumigatus from Coriolis Air Samples by qPCR
17 Jan 2018Fungal infections represent a constant threat in hospitals, especially for high-risk patients hospitalized in hematology and bone marrow transplant units. This study was carried out with the Coriolis®µ combined with qPCR to detect Aspergillus fumigatus DNA.
