Cyanidin-3-O-glucoside analyzed in fruit

25 Mar 2022

In this application note, MicroSolv Technology demonstrates a method for the analysis of proprietary fruit and vegetable extracts to confirm the presence of Cyanidin-3-O-Glucoside. The method after validation can be used in the quality control of commercial fruit extracts, as well in studies of bioactivities of this important class of compounds.

Cogent Phenyl Hydride™ HPLC Columns

MicroSolv Technology Corp.

Cogent Phenyl Hydride HPLC Columns are manufactured with TYPE-C™ silica (silica hydride) and a butyl-phenyl ligand that is attached with a direct silicon bond. This makes these non-end capped columns extremely stable with unique separation capabilities that offers great selectivity for polar and non-polar analytes that have aromatic groups.
