Comparison of PCR Kleen™Spin Columns to Traditional Methods for Purification of PCR Products Prior to Sequencing
29 Sept 2014In this study, Bio-Rad’s PCR Kleen spin columns are tested for purification of PCR products prior to sequencing PCR in two different experiments. The resulting nucleotide sequences obtained from these samples are compared with the sequences obtained after purification by traditional methods.
