Comparison of Oridonin Cytotoxicity in U-2 OS and HepG2 Cells

This method evaluates the effects of Oridonin on U-2 OS and HepG2 cells using the reagent CellTox™Green. The BioSpa™ 8 is used to manage several plates such that reagents are added periodically and the plates imaged such that both reagent concentration and exposure time are varied.
