Automated Comet Assay Imaging and Dual-Mask Analysis to Determine DNA Damage on an Individual Comet Basis

This application note demonstrates a method to automate detection and analysis of high throughput comet based genotoxicity data. Using a novel cell imaging multi-mode reader and high-density slides, 96 individual samples may be processed and analyzed simultaneously.
