Automated clean up of pesticides in spinach using cSPE for QuEChERS
26 May 2026This application note presents an automated workflow for pesticide residue analysis in spinach using QuEChERS extraction followed by column-based solid phase extraction clean‑up. The use of ISOLUTE® cSPE columns enables efficient sample purification with high recoveries and reproducibility, while automation increases throughput and reduces manual error. Results demonstrate reliable multi-residue analysis across a wide range of compounds using LC‑MS/MS.
