Automated clean up of pesticides in spinach using cSPE for QuEChERS

This application note presents an automated workflow for pesticide residue analysis in spinach using QuEChERS extraction followed by column-based solid phase extraction clean‑up. The use of ISOLUTE® cSPE columns enables efficient sample purification with high recoveries and reproducibility, while automation increases throughput and reduces manual error. Results demonstrate reliable multi-residue analysis across a wide range of compounds using LC‑MS/MS.
