Assessment of Biogazelle’s Workflow in Small RNA Sequencing of RNA Isolated from FFPE Tissues

The workflow, starting from 100 ng of total RNA, is optimized to tackle the particular challenges associated with analysis of degraded RNA samples. It enables researchers to start applying the power of next-generation sequencing technology to miRNA expression studies on RNA isolated from FFPE samples. This application note assess’ the performance of Biogazelle’s workflow by performing small RNA sequencing on RNA isolated from colorectal cancer FFPE samples and normal control FFPE samples.
