Applying of Potential Genotoxic Impurities in the Drug Development Process Using GC-MS/MS

This poster demonstrates the development of a sensitive method for the quantitation of the three nitro-aromatic potential genotoxic impurities at less than 1ppm, in two different APIs to meet the regulatory compliance requirements.
