Finntips are manufactured using high quality raw materials and the latest molding techniques and are designed using our knowledge of liquid handling. Our modern automated production facilities, and our expertise, enable us to produce uniformly smooth, hydrophobic surfaces on the inside and outside of our tips, to prevent liquid retention and thus ensure accurate and precise pipetting. Two different kits are available: the Finntip 250 Universal refill starter kit and the Finntip 250 Universal refill kit. The refill starter kit contains four racks of 96 Finntip 250 Universal tips each and one refill tower of 10 matrix plates with 96 tips each. When the rack is empty, the matrix plate can be removed and a full matrix plate easily transferred from the tower to the rack. The standard refill kit contains two refill towers of 10 matrix plates each. These refill kits are conveniently compact taking up little storage space in the laboratory. The racks can be re-used and therefore help to reduce waste, while the packaging for the refill kits is made of recyclable paper board. Finntip 250 Universal can be used for a volume range of 0.5–250 µl and is ideal for use with both single- and multi-channel pipettes. Tips and racks can be autoclaved at 121 °C for 20 minutes.

Like the single channel Finnpipette Digital, the multichannel pipette offers the same ergonomic style, easy tip ejection and super blow-out for 0.5 – 10 µl pipetting.The “super blow-out” feature in small-volume (0.2 µl – 40 µl) Finnpipette Digitals ensure precise delivery of microvolume drops.
