It features a dual-pump system, auxiliary diamond chamber for pre-mixing, primary diamond chamber for disruption, and a 316L stainless steel heat exchanger for cooling.

The Genizer diamond interaction chamber is a core component of Genizer high-pressure homogenizers, utilizing microfluidic technology with nano-sized micro-channels. It exposes the formulation to high shear and impact forces, enabling nano cell disruption and particle dispersion. The Z-type chamber is particularly effective for processing solid-liquid materials.
