Primers and probes for MonkeyPox research
Thermo Scientific PCR reagents meet high quality standards to generate accurate results from even the most challenging molecular biology applications. Random Decamers are truly random oligo deoxyribonucleotides that can be used to create a pool of cDNAs for subsequent applications, thus providing maximum flexibility.
Thermo Scientific Random Hexamers are truly random oligo deoxyribonucleotides. Hexamers are ideal primers for mRNA with or without a poly-A tail. Hexamers bind more often than decamers, giving higher yields and increased sensitivity when amplifying short fragments.
Specially designed for use with the Cecil Adept HPLC, Q-Adept HPLC, Merit HPLC and IonQuest ion chromatography.
For routine applications, Bioneer offers standard custom oligos with no modification, Bio-RP purification, provided in a tube format. The chart in the ordering information tab shows pricing at various synthesis scales, but please contact your sales representative to learn about any institutional or volume discounts we might have in place for our oligonucleotides.
A total capacity of > 30,000 oligonucleotides per day gives Bioneer the opportunity to address the needs of researchers that require very large numbers of oligonucleotides. In-house production of raw materials along with proprietary high throughput oligo synthesis and purification systems result in much higher quality oligonucleotides at significantly lower cost. Bioneer understands that high quality and low cost is especially…
Extendamers™ are oligonucleotides from 130 - 200 bases. Bioneer specializes in long oligo synthesis and provides them with Bio-RP or PAGE purification. As with all Bioneer Oligonucleotides, Extendamers are QC tested by MALDI-TOF after oligo synthesis, ensuring the highest quality products for your research needs. Bio-RP (or PAGE) purification also ensures you have only full length oligonucleotides for your experiments. Use Ext…
