The NucleoCounter® NC-200™ is a high precision automated cell counter utilizing state-of-the-art image cytometry. With user-adaptable protocols and specialized assays for counting a wide range of mammalian cells, including adipose-derived stem cells, T cells, aggregated cells and cells on microcarriers, the NucleoCounter® NC-200™ provides an all-in-one solution for cell counting and cell viability determinations.

The NucleoCounter® NC-202™ automated cell counter is our 3rd generation cassette-based image cytometer. Featuring improved hardware and new NC-View™ software, we take precision, speed and data management to new levels.

The Via2-Cassette™ is our unique cell sampling device, eliminating human error by combining cell sampling, staining and loading into a single press on a piston. Individually volume-calibrated, it guarantees the highest precision in cell counting. The Via2-Cassette™ is a disposable plastic unit containing the fluorescent dyes used for analysis to ensure user safety and operational ease.

NucleoCounter® instruments provide platforms for determination of viability and cell count as well as advanced image analysis of yeast, veterinary semen, insect cells and mammalian cells, both primary cells and cell cultures, including cells in aggregate or microcarrier cultures.

The XcytoMatic® 40 (XM40™) is a high-throughput cell density and viability analyzer that can run 24 samples in under 14 minutes. The variation between cell counts for these samples is under 3%. If scale-out and scale-up is a concern, you can trust each XM40™ instrument in your production to deliver the same quality results.

The NucleoCounter® NC-3000™ is an advanced image cytometer utilizing fluorescence imaging to characterize cell properties. The NC-3000™ can perform high-speed cell count and viability analyses and it includes plug-and-play analytical assays of mammalian, yeast and insect cells. Pre-defined assays include a unique 5-minute cell cycle assay, a selection of apoptosis assays and a GFP transfection efficiency assay.
