The MycoMonitor Total Aflatoxin Assay is a solid phase direct competitive enzyme immunoassay. An aflatoxin specific antibody optimized to cross react with all four subtypes of aflatoxin (see cross-reactivity information) is coated to a polystyrene microwell.
