The 1290 Infinity II Diode Array Detector (DAD) delivers multiple wavelength detection with full spectra at sampling rates up to 240 Hz for ultrafast UHPLC separations. Bond Elut PRS is a strong cation-exchange sorbent that is also relatively high in polarity. With no appreciable degree of hydrophobicity, in nonpolar solvents, PRS is capable of polar and hydrogen bonding interactions. Due to the very low pKa of PRS, it is recommended for weaker cationic species, such as pyridinium compounds.
