The XGT-9000 Micro XRF Analytical Microscope is best for non-destructive analysis. There is no pre requirement for samples before testing and that one thing I like very much. Due to high speed screening, it provides very quick analysis of samples. In our laboratory we are using this apparatus mainly for analysis of hydrous sample. Sometimes we also use it for failure analysis to detect ion migration and foreign matter in electronics. This instrument works on the energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence principle. It works really great since we have been using it and it requires a lesser amount of maintenance cost.
