"Absolutely great solution viscometer. Temperature control seem very good. The sample size is also quite reduced from previous models. Very good snap in - snap out spindles. The software recognizes the spindle and adjusts the parameters accordingly. NB: Ceramic spindle is very good for high-temperature applications. However, it can break easily on impact (happened to us when it rolled down [due to round shape] to the floor from the table). "
