After service/maintenance of the machine it is worse

Average Rating 2.3

Application Area:

Wine and beverage testing

3 weeks without this machine after a Thermo Fisher service technician came in to upgrade the software then we couldn't get it running again. During this time, the tech went to other jobs, ordered parts that should have already had and in the end had to revert to a lower software that couldn't perform the function which is why I had asked for it to be upgraded. I get more errors now and have lost visual of racks that are complete on the screen.

Quality instrument with exceptional speed!

Average Rating 4.3

Application Area:

Environmental Analysis - NH3, O-PO4

The Gallery provided a great portfolio of available analyses. Accreditation was sought for NH3, OPO4 and hardness. All three analyses were able to improve efficiency, by reducing the analysis times vs the predecessor (FIA). Support could be much better, as technicians/sales were often unable to pinpoint the best approach for particular matrices.
