Easy and simple spectrophotometer.
Reading ODs of bacterial cultures
This spectrophotometer is easy to use, capable of reading at multiple wavelengths simultaneously with minimal drift, and has repeatability of readings. The only complaint I have (unless the newer models are different now) is that the metal cuvette holder pops out every time you remove it after reading a sample, so you have to hold it in upon removal of sample.
