Not user friendly... difficult to install measurement cartridge

We have been using Siemens RAPIDPoint® 500e Blood Gas System for the past 3 years. Previously we used rapidlap 348. The current ABG analyzer (RP500e) gives reliable blood gas values with no maintenance, but it should be handled by a single person. If a high workload area, multiple users cannot handle it because if a minor clot or bubble is inserted the entire measurement cartridge gets spoiled so that it's not recommended for high load or multiple users. The biggest disadvantage is installing new measurement cartridge as the user needs high skill to install.
