Established in 1968 and using their experience in HPLC, Cecil Instruments present IonQuest Ion Chromatography Systems.
The newly developed conductivity detector has very high sensitivities and exceptionally ultra-low drift. The detector cell and enclosure are precisely thermostatted. IonQuest Ion Chromatography systems are extremely versatile and may include PEEK/Teflon flow paths. The pulse-free microprocessor controlled pump, provides for a large range of pumping volumes and for low volume pumping increments. A wide range of autosampling is available, including microplate sampling options, high throughput and sample pre-treatment. Factory customisation of systems may include pre and/or post column derivatisation and will allow for EPA compliance. The use of PowerStream software achieves ease of use, comprehensiveness and 21 CFR part 11 compliance.
Cations in Biodiesel
In this application note, learn how to determine the level/s of residual cations in Biodiesel, with Cecil Instruments’ IonQuest Ion Chromatography. Extra precision is added with the use of an AutoQuest autosampler.
Analysis of Some Common Odor Producing Urine Products, Using Cation Exchange Chromatography and Conductivity Detection
This application note highlights the detection of some odorous direct products of some metabolic pathways, which may be found in urine, using ion chromatography and conductivity detection. The determination of Dimethylamine (DMA), Trimethylaminoxide (TMAO), Trimethylamine (TMA), Putrescine and Cadaverine cations is described.
