We used the SPE column after trying few other C18 columns. This SPE column gave us ultra clean sample which we were able to quantitative using MRM even down to ppb levels. We used this in our waste water analysis.

Determination of Seven Problematic Pesticides in Olive Oil

Recoveries of seven problematic pesticides in olive oil, including six base sensitive compounds and one acid sensitive compound were determined by a modified QuEChERS procedure using GC/MS in SIM mode. Comparisons of different clean-up methods were also evaluated. PSA/C18 dual layer SPE cartridges provided the best extract clean-up.

This application note describes the extraction of phenoxyacetic acid herbicides from soil using LC-MS/MS. Limits of detection in the positive and negative ion modes for HPLC analysis of chlorinated phenoxyacid herbicides and esters are reported.

The QuEChERS Clean-up step is rapidly completed using the QuICK QuEChERS cartridge. This self-contained cartridge contains 110 mg of anhydrous MgSO4 and 180 mg of PSA. Placed on the end of a disposable syringe, the QuEChERS extract is pushed through directly into a sample vial for analysis. Clean-up is equivalent to dSPE clean-up, but faster and easier, eliminating the need for centrifugation.
