Reliable assays for a broad range of DNA concentration quantifications
Application Area: Circulating cell free DNA quantification
"I've had an excellent experience with the DeNovix guidance and troubleshooting after-sales. The dsDNA Fluorescence Quantification Assays are very easy to use and produce consistent results. We particularly find the ultra-high sensitivity assays useful for low concentration samples. Though the kits are not the cheapest on the market, they are priced comparably to other similar products designed for precise quantification. I recommend these products to other researchers as reliable and useful."

Would recommend this to other potential users!
Application Area:Gene expression analysis
"It was really user friendly, my first time doing this kind of experiment but my results turned out really well and optimization of my protocol was very quick."

Recommended by improvement.
Application Area:Quantifying dsDNA in samples
"DeNovix dsDNA Fluorescence Quantification Assayss are easy to use and manage. Only I think the price has a negative impact on this product. I think the best advertising for this product would be a more affordable price for the researcher. The results are reliable and accurate."
DeNovix dsDNA Fluorescence Quantification Assays: From single cell to Maxi Prep: An assay choice for all applications.
The DeNovix dsDNA Fluorescence Quantification Assays include three highly-specific, highly-sensitive kits for dsDNA quantification. Selectively and accurately measure dsDNA in samples at single cell levels even if samples include contaminants such as RNA, ssDNA or protein.
DeNovix dsDNA assays cover three overlapping ranges of sensitivity. Each kit includes standards for easy set up of a two-point standard curve. DeNovix assays have a wider dynamic range than Qubit® dsDNA assays and are quick and easy to run. Our breakthrough dsDNA Ultra High Sensitivity assay allows measurement of samples as low as 0.5 pg/µL (original sample concentration), 20X lower than the core range of the Qubit® dsDNA HS assay.
Assays are available in 1000 assays/kit size, or 50 assays/kit size, or 250 assays/kit evaluation size.
