Crystal16 is very good and would recommend buying for those working in a similar area.
Application Area: Crystallization studies like MSZW, clear and cloud point detection, polymorph, solvates and salt
"Purchasing and delivery process was very smooth. Instrument was installed by Technobis technician, training was detailed and good. Instrument is very robust. I've never faced any issues. Even for small doubts, Technobis' team reply very quickly and in depth. Overall after sales service is also good."

Easy to use and really qualitative data!
Application Area:Determination of solubility curves
"The Crystal16 is an indispensable tool for a crystallization laboratory. For basic applications, it is really easy to use and solubility curve determination is made really easy and fully automated. In addition, the software for data processing is really well made and user-friendly. Some minor faults though: the hook hastelloy stirring system is not working when the caps of the vials are tightened (but the classic system with stirring bars works perfectly well) and it is not easy to use it at rather low temperatures (below 2°C approximately). Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this device for anyone needing to determine solubility curves or conduct crystallization experiments. In my lab, we even used it to conduct cooling crystallization experiments."

Expedited solubility curve development.
Application Area:Solubility curve development
"It has been very efficient at what it was marketed to us for - solubility curve development. We're pleased with the support we've received for the US sales person."

Mandatory for any physical chemistry or solid state lab!
Application Area:Build solubility curves for pharmaceutical compounds and perform crystal growth
"Device is easy to handle and relevant for getting solubility curves and the metastable zone in some cases. The software is very friendly and the device quite robust. Extremely slow cooling/heating rates (0.01°C/min) can be achieved and an experiment can run for days and days without any issues. Results are reproducible. CrystalClear is also good software for treating data and drawing solubility curves (or you can just export the raw data). There are many accessories for stirring or you can simply use a magnetic stirrer. Dried air is enough to go below 0°C. I worked with one with the cameras on each vial years ago. Very interesting to observe the nucleation and crystal growth."
