"Impeccable design. I didn't believe it at first, but I was able to confirm the dead volume really is 3mL for these reservoirs; it's imperative to align all 96 tips with the center of the anti-sealing patterns in the reservoirs and push against them (gently, to ensure full contact for all tips across the multi-channeling head), and this boils down to good teaching of the automated instrument. The gaskets in the lids make for a good seal for transporting the reservoir or preventing evaporation, but I couldn't recommend them for use during an automated workflow as they're too good at sticking to the insert. Overall, it's an excellent product that delivers."

"The 150mL and 300mL automation friendly reservoirs are a great improvement from the 100mL reservoirs, individually sealed , that the lab had been using. They are easy to use and can hold more volume. The lid makes it easy to store and transport. Between the basin and the container, there is little room to hold down the basin while removing the lid. The lid creates some sort of a suction, which may seem like it is 'sticky' when removing it. However, this is not a huge issue as for our purposes, the lid is not necessary but it is convenient to have. All in all, great product and customer service!"
Automation Friendly Reagent Reservoirs Offer Maximum Liquid Recovery
INTEGRA’s automation friendly reagent reservoirs (150 ml and 300 ml) with standard SBS-footprint are fully compatible with all liquid handling systems including the VIAFLO 96 and VIAFLO 384 Handheld Multichannel Electronic Pipette.
The clear polystyrene and polypropylene reservoirs are both economically and environmentally friendly because users can reuse the reservoir base and dispose of the reservoir inserts. These reagent reservoirs are also designed to nest within one another without sticking and come in compact, space-saving packages.
In addition, the reusable base feature integrated volume graduations for accurate measurements and dual viewing windows to safely position the tips at the reservoir bottom. The anti-sealing pattern of the flat bottom, which prevents pipette tips from sealing off, and a specially formulated surface treatment result in a dead volume of less than 3 ml.
