The DNA kits are ideal for automated sizing and quantitation of PCR fragments, restriction digests or fragmented DNA.

• Broad linear dynamic range –detection of less abundant products, e.g. non-specific amplifications
• High resolution – separate fragments down to 5 bp
• Sizing accuracy – normalization to internal markers and ladder
• Quantitation accuracy and reproducibility – quantitation of each DNA fragment against internal standards
