I have great experience with same instrument

The product is superb, and rugged for my routine analysis. Regarding the instrument, there is not any concern, but the engineer service needs to improve. I have had a great experience with the same instrument in a previous organization. In this current organization, there was monopoly of another manufacturer instrument. We face challenges in a few methods on that instrument, then I recommend for Agilent HPLC instrument and after that challenges get resolved. Monopoly of another manufacturer is also over.

HPLC 1200 is convenient to be used to obtain reliable and reproducible results with high accuracy. It is easily maintained as long as all the handling methods are taken care of well. The service is so so only as rarely have sales personnel following up annually. This might be because the company only has one unit and is only used based on project necessity. The software and hardware are also easy to find and handle.
