Great results and ease of use!

Application Area:

Autologous hematopoietic stem cell graft phenotyping

Our lab is currently using the MDIPA CYTOF kit for phenotypic profiling of autografts from pediatric cancer patients. The kit includes tubes that contain pre-titrated antibodies that make up a basic immune profiling panel, and we have chosen to add 12 additional antibodies to this panel to expand our cell populations! It's quite easy to do this. I really like how everything that is required for mass cytometry staining is included in the kit, and the Fluidigm CYTOF staining protocol is very easy to follow and has worked out well for us. Overall, if you plan to do mass cytometry for immune cells, I would strongly recommend this product. Their customer service is also exceptional. A Fluidigm rep actually came to our lab to assist me when I was first starting! Great product.

Cancer immune profiling

I have been using the Maxpar Direct Immune Profiling Assay for over a year. I have purchased the MDIPA kit and also the Maxpar Pathsetter software for automated analysis of the data generated from CyTOF. They work hand in hand and so far they have been consistent and the results are good.

Great, assay, hope to use more in the future.

Application Area:

Analyze whole blood cell populations following LPS stim

Easy to use. Would recommend that users verify with the company which reagents are included in the kit and which reagents need to be purchased separately, as this was not totally clear for us when ordering.

The Maxpar® Direct™ Immune Profiling System is the first complete sample-to-answer solution for high-dimensional immune profiling of human PBMC and whole blood.

Designed as a simple single-tube workflow, the system brings together CyTOF® technology on the Helios™ system, a dry 30-marker antibody panel and automated Maxpar Pathsetter™ software so you can easily count 37 immune cell populations with performance you can trust.

Comprehensive

Profile 37 immune cell populations from PBMC or whole blood with an optimized 30-marker panel.

Efficient

Simple single-tube workflow with pushbutton reporting. Just add sample and go.

Reliable

Produce consistent results lot-to-lot, run-to-run and site-to-site.

The highly multiplexed 30-marker antibody panel was developed with input from expert immunologists in academia and biopharma and builds on the panels designed by the Human ImmunoPhenotyping Consortium (Maecker, H.T. et al. “Standardizing immunophenotyping for the Human Immunology Project.” Nature Reviews Immunology 12 (2012): 191–200.).

Designed using industry-proven antibody clones, this assay provides you with the broadest single-tube view of the immune system from each precious sample.

You no longer need to compromise your study design due to the limitations of fluorescence cytometry.

Integrated platforms for immunotherapy research and biomarker analysis

[@portabletext/react] Unknown block type "image", specify a component for it in the `components.types` prop

Immunotherapy has transformed cancer treatment but 60-70% of patients still fail to respond to these treatments. The challenge lies in accurately identifying which patients will benefit from these therapies due to inadequate predictive biomarkers. However, the solution to this extends far beyond simply identifying more biomarkers.

Addressing existing challenges requires integrated platforms that maintain analytical depth while providing the standardization, throughput, and regulatory compliance needed for clinical implementation. Standard Biotools has developed advanced immune profiling technologies that simultaneously capture functional states, rare cell populations, and spatial relationships to help identify predictive biomarkers for immunotherapy response.

How imaging mass cytometry technology uniquely detects low-abundance biomarkers

This technical note outlines why the high dynamic range of IMC technology is critical for protein quantification and enables the assessment of expression level without saturation of signals. It also outlines the significance of detecting low-level marker expression (highlighting PD-1, PD-L1 and CTLA-4); how IMC technology allows for clear analysis of low-abundance markers, and examples of PD-1, PD-L1 and CTLA-4 marker expression analysis using IMC systems.

Flyer: Maxpar Direct Immune Profiling System

In this flyer, Fluidigm demonstrates the capabilities of the Maxpar Direct Immune Profiling System and discusses how this system is designed as a simple single-tube workflow that brings together CyTOF technology, a day 30-marker antibody panel, and automated analysis with Maxpar Pathsetter software, so you can easily quantify 37 immune cell populations.

White paper: Deep immune profiling with the Maxpar Direct Immune Profiling System

Immune profiling is the practice of identifying and quantifying immune populations according to their phenotypic and functional features. Performing immune profiling longitudinally, a process referred to as immune monitoring is an especially valuable technique to study conditions where the immune system plays a key role in the pathology, progression, or resolution of disease. In this white paper, Fluidigm introduces the Maxpar Direct Immune Profiling Assay, designed to provide a convenient and reliable solution for deep immune profiling.

Impact of cryopreservation on performance of the Maxpar Direct Immune Profiling System

The Maxpar® DirectImmune Profiling System has set a new standard for comprehensive immunophenotyping of human PBMC and whole blood by enabling simultaneous identification and enumeration of 37 immune subsets. This application note describes a proof-of-concept study where human whole blood samples stained with the Maxpar® Direct Immune Profiling Assay were cryopreserved for up to 120 days then thawed, data was acquired on a Helios mass cytometer and analyzed with Maxpar Pathsetter software.
