"Went from an 877 Auto titrator to the 916, having the results saved directly to USB instead of being printed is a great feature. The touch screen instead of buttons is also a great feature as the buttons on the 877 used to get stuck. The only negative difference between the two is no audial alarm once sample titration is complete as we work in different rooms the alarm used to be helpful. Aftercare is great if I ever have a problem the staff are always quick to respond and extremely helpful and have a personal touch by remembering the names of their clients."

"The Ti-Touch is very effective for the application we use it for. It allows for the quick and easy analysis of Kappa number in our kraft pulp of cooked eucalyptus woodchips. The results we get are reproducible and if the results are out of tolerance we can retest with ease. Our machine has not had much after sales care as the manager does not think it is as necessary with the degree of resolution not having to be very high. The Metrohm territory manager suggested getting it serviced, and we will consider this. Concerning value for money, it would definitely be worth it just for the time that it saves. Also, the limit of human error allows for more accurate results."
