A user-friendly system with an outstanding custom care
A comprehensive set of NGS and 'omics data analysis tools
I have been using CLC Genomic Workbenck since my PhD. My mentor did not have genetic background, but he requested me to do RNAseq analysis. I did not have a skill to run programs with cording (such as R) and did not have time to learn them. CLC Genomic Workbenck was a very user friendly software and the custom care was outstanding. Their response was very quick and sometimes offers evern online meeting to solve the problems.

Genetic and phenotypic characterization of a‑next‑generation live-attenuated yellow fever vaccine
Yellow fever remains a global health concern, with limited vaccine supply and risks of severe adverse effects prompting the need for safer, scalable alternatives. Regulatory standards demand thorough genetic and phenotypic characterization to ensure consistency.
See how advanced sequencing and analytical tools can support vaccine development by confirming genetic stability and phenotypic integrity across GMP-relevant stages.
Advancing GMP compliance with HTS: Robust virus detection in high virus, low host systems
This study highlights how short-read high-throughput sequencing (HTS), combined with QIAGEN® CLC Genomics Workbench, enables sensitive and reproducible detection of adventitious viruses in biologics. Conducted across seven global laboratories, the multi-lab investigation demonstrates HTS’s ability to enhance viral safety testing under GMP, supporting regulatory compliance and reducing reliance on traditional animal-based assays.
