Flow Cytometry
The NaviosEX is a very stable, uncomplicated but in daily routine easy to use flow cytometer. We do use the maximally equipped version with 3 Lasers and 10 colors. We do have stable measurements with all our panels over years. Until now we had - since 5 years already - no problems with the lasers in this machines. (We had some problems with lasers, that had to be changed, with the previous version (Navios not, NaviosEX). So the lasers have been changed from Navios to NaviosEX to more stable and longer durable lasers. After sales service and help with establishment of new settings, panels etc. is wonderful, although - and that´s why I have given only 4 stars for ease of use - programming of new reanalyses is a bit difficult with this software. But once the reanalyses are established dally application is rather easy for our technicians. In case of technical problems service is really comfortable within 24h on working days almost always. That's a great advantage. So we never had a failure that caused us difficulties for our daily routine measurements.

After a use of 2 years in multiple applications, I can say that the cytometer NAVIOS EX is robust, reliable and easy to learn. However, it may need some maintenance more than is recommended
