The Microlab Prep is a small and easy to use liquid Handling system. The interface is intuitive and easy to understand. The after sales care was very good. Very fast and easy communication with both the local specialist and after creating a ticket for plate measurments. I have two things that I would like to see improved in a next update. First of all, a folder system for protocols. As you have to create seperate protocols for different amount of samples it would be nice if you could create subfolders for different workflows. We also had a problem with a relatively long protocol which was not able to be verified, which means we had to split it into 2 seperate protocols. It would be nice to have a contact where we could send our software improvement suggestions.
