Megaplex Primer Pools deliver comprehensive coverage of Sanger miRBase v10, and when used with TaqMan® MicroRNA Arrays, offer an ideal miRNA profiling solution. Optional Megaplex™ PreAmp Primers significantly enhance the ability to detect low expressed miRNAs enabling the generation of a comprehensive expression profile from as littel as 1ng of input total RNA.
Megaplex Pools can be used with individual TaqMan MicroRNA Assays, or for the ideal profiling workflow, with TaqMan MicroRNA Arrays. The arrays provide all the advantages of TaqMan MicroRNA Assays in a convenient, pre-configured micro fluidic card.
