Sample Analysis of PAHs
The elegantly designed machine is both easy on the eyes as it is reliable in producing good results. Capable of achieving high quality data and reproducible results even by novice experimenters such as undergraduate students. Relatively easy to use but since it has been installed and used, it has not needed any repairs or maintenance thus far other than the regular tweaks for daily operations. So far so excellent. A good product thus far. Thank you Perkin Elmer.

I will never recommend this instrument to anyone.
Analyzed the concentrations of pesticides in liquid and soil
We received this instrument past more than three month from the appointed day due to the delayed assmebly. After the arrival of the instrument we couldn't use it for one month due to a communication problem between the instrument and PC. The problem was resolved by exchange one of its modules. When LC300 is compared with our previous HPLC, LC10 of Shimadzu, it produces larger noise of baseline and the retention times of analytes significantly change thus makes a reliable analysis difficult. In addition the analysis results can be compared only in the single experimental run (we can not compare the results in different runs). The analysis results is not stored in a file but stored only in the program. Therefore when we must format the PC we cannot transfer the result to other storage media such as a USB memory (we can save the results as a PDF file containing the HPLC chromatograms and results tables).
