We have had the previous device in our laboratory for 9 years and we now have 5 K-375. We have a lot of experience on these devices which we use frequently - more than 15,000 analyses per year and per device. The interface is a touch screen, it is user-friendly and easy to train new technicians on. For the usual maintenance there are no major difficulties, on the other hand, we have taken out a maintenance contract for more complex work. The only thing missing from this equipment is having a smuggler, even more important than 40 tubes.
