JII-29080DMS (Sample Holder Pre-exhaust System)

The JII-29080DMS is a holder station that holds a transmission electron microscope (TEM) sample holder in a vacuum.

The vacuum exhaust system consists of a coolant-free turbomolecular pump (TMP) and an oil-free auxiliary pump to provide a dry environment and keep the specimen holder clean at all times.

• It can prevent the adsorption of gases from the atmosphere.
• Attaching and detaching the sample holder and handling it is easy to operate without error.
• Five sample holders can be attached.
• The status of EVAC and VENT is displayed in an easy-to-understand manner with LEDs.
