Description

Description

The JII-29080DMS is a holder station that holds a transmission electron microscope (TEM) sample holder in a vacuum.

The vacuum exhaust system consists of a coolant-free turbomolecular pump (TMP) and an oil-free auxiliary pump to provide a dry environment and keep the specimen holder clean at all times.

It can prevent the adsorption of gases from the atmosphere.
Attaching and detaching the sample holder and handling it is easy to operate without error.
Five sample holders can be attached.
The status of EVAC and VENT is displayed in an easy-to-understand manner with LEDs.
