Gradient PCR and PCR based Mutagenesis
I am using Mastercycler nexus from almost a year and I am very happy because I get reproducible results and it is possible to run many samples nonstop and get efficient results. I run more than 500 PCR samples and I like the gradient features and their accuracy so I can run many samples in a single setup.
