Product is sufficient for QC management, but an upgrade on the functionality would create a better user experience.
QC management
It has a lot of potential use, but we are just using it as a pass through for patient results. The QC management has a lot of clicks to get the data filtered as you would like. Printing data has gotten a little better, but there is basically no report modification in the program without paying for the expanded capabilities. The reports did not print in a very readable layout, overlapping data, etc...I would assume all the unpleasantries I experience would go away with the expanded version. However, the ease of use could use some work.
