Arium® Mini Plus Ultrapure Lab Water System
Type I ultrapure water system
Good machine.
Water Purification System
Very compact design and designed to directly receive tap water as input.
Review Date: 12 Oct 2021 | Sartorius Group
The Arium® Mini Plus, can be directly connected to a feed water tap. In this system, feed water is treated first by a pre-treatment cartridge, which consists of a combination of activated carbon and a reverse osmosis module, and is safely stored intermediately in the integrated bag of the system. Final production of ultrapure water then takes place using a specially developed Arium® Scientific purification cartridge.
For analytical and especially critical applications, such as HPLC/UHPLC, Arium® Mini can be equipped with an optional integrated UV lamp (185/254 nm). This ensures reliable production of ultrapure water that is virtually free of organic components.

Arium Mini Ultrapure Water Systems Data Sheet
Compact laboratory water systems for 10 Liters per day
Arium Mini – Innovation for Efficient Research
Ultrapure water is the basis for successful analyses. Yet analytical methods are becoming more and more sensitive and thus more susceptible to interference. Consistently high water quality is decisive in ensuring the reproducibility of your results and in preventing time-consuming repeat analyses.
Arium Mini ultrapure water systems
Compact Arium® Mini laboratory water systems have been designed for Type 1 ultrapure water requirements of 10 Liters per day and are ideal for use in preparation of buffers, media, and samples, both in life sciences applications and in analytical laboratory procedures.
Addressing complexities in biopharmaceutical analysis
In this application note, Sartorius demonstrates how the Arium® mini plus ultrapure water could be excellently suited for use in chromatography and mass spectrometry.
Arium® Ultrapure Water for Trace Analysis
In the flavor and fragrance industry, many products are based on natural raw materials, such as vanilla beans, citrus fruits, blossoms, and other materials of plant origin. HPLC systems coupled to various detectors (e.g., mass spectrometers, DAD, or refractive index (RI) detectors), are used for quality control of such raw materials in incoming goods inspection and final quality control of outgoing products, as well as in research and development of new products. Download this application note to find out the impact of the Arium Mini, and Arium Mini plus on their research.
